🔄 Return Eligibility

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Warranty card & invoice must be included.

📋 Non-Returnable Items

Customized or personalized jewelry.

Products damaged due to mishandling.

Liquid & Sweat Exposure: If jewelry comes in contact with water, perfumes, sweat, or any liquid products, return/refund cannot be accepted.

Used Products: If the returned product shows signs of usage, wear, or tampering, the claim will be rejected immediately.

🎥 Proof Requirement

Unboxing Video: Customer must record a video while opening the sealed package.

Product Video & Images: After opening the box, clear video and images of the product must be taken.

Mandatory Condition: If unboxing video is not provided, return/refund claim cannot be accepted.

📦 Empty Parcel / Missing Product

In the unlikely event that you receive an empty parcel or a missing product:

Contact our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel.

Please note: insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honoured.

In all such cases, KK&Company reserves the right to take the final decision.

💰 Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after product inspection.

Amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

🔄 Replacement & Exchange

Customers can avail replacement or exchange of their order as per requirements.

Conditions remain the same as those applicable to returns.

Replacement will only be shipped after the initial return has been picked up or delivered.
